Congratulations David Glassman!

February 16, 2012

Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School’s David Glassman was honored at the Athens Rotary luncheon for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators STAR Banquet on Wednesday, February 15 at the Holiday Inn.

The PAGE STAR program honors Georgia’s highest achieving high school seniors and the teachers who have been most instrumental in their academic development.

The STAR Student award is given to the  high school senior in each high school with the highest score in one sitting on the three-part SAT test. That senior must have a grade point average in the top 10 percent or be one of the top 10 students in their class. Each high school STAR Student is asked to name his/her STAR Teacher.

High school STAR Students compete for school system titles; and system STAR Students in turn compete for region honors in the 12 STAR Regions.
